Intro – A
one hour class designed to introduce newcomers to the principles of
Pilates. The introductory course
has a strong focus on posture and body awareness and prepares participants
for progression to the next level. |

Level 1 –
Designed for
those who have at least completed and Intro course and are ready for
a further
challenge. |

Level 2 – A course designed for the more
experienced participant who have completed a Level 1
course with ease and feel they are ready to extend their practice into more advanced
and challenging exercises. |

Floor/Ball –
This course utilises the fitball
to perform pilates exercises. The exercises focus strongly on your
core stability so be prepared to work your abdominals. Don't forget to
bring your fitball. |
