Key Intro A one hour class designed to introduce newcomers to the principles of Pilates.  The introductory course has a strong focus on posture and body awareness and prepares participants for progression to the next level.
Level 1 Designed for those who have at least  completed and Intro course and are ready for a further challenge.
Level 2 A course designed for the more experienced participant who have completed a Level 1 course with ease and feel they are ready to extend their practice into more advanced and challenging exercises.
Floor/Ball This course utilises the fitball to perform pilates exercises.  The exercises focus strongly on your core stability so be prepared to work your abdominals.  Don't forget to bring your fitball.
Pregnancy This course is appropriate at any stage during pregnancy.  Please email or phone for more information prior to enrolling.  Additional pregnancy classes are available on demand.
